QUEEN ASHBRIDGE CONDOS / NEW TORONTO COMMUNITY HOUSING BUILDING
Toronto, Ontario

Public City is the landscape architect for the Queen Ashbridge Condos project and new Toronto Community Housing building at The Beaches in Toronto. Working closely with Context and Teeple Architects, the site design has evolved into a dynamic public realm that includes a POPS on Queen Street East, a large third floor shared courtyard with a fire pit and water feature, dog runs, and children’s play areas all on a challenging urban site. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2022.
